Hello everyone
Since this is my first post it's best to introduce myself.
My name is Daniel Milev from a beautiful city called Ohrid.
I graduated from the Faculty of Nutrition and Dietetics in Ohrid. After my
graduation, I have been trying to explain to everyone how important a healthy
diet is.
Surely now you will wonder why so much effort to make
everyone aware of healthy food but above all proper nutrition.
So in this post, I will tell you why I put so much effort
into introducing people to a healthy and proper diet.
So let's get started.
Fast food and its negative impact I felt myself. At only 19 years old I was already 180 kg and day by day I was gaining weight.
Fast food and fast lifestyle have a great impact on human
health. Starting in the first semester I started to study the basics of the
impact of food on human health.
Thanks to the excellent professors who came from several
countries, I learned a lot from the beginning, and I realized that in my
country but also in many countries in general, the basic knowledge of healthy
food is at a very low level.
So what I learned from the beginning I started to apply to
myself and imagine to my great surprise it started to work. I started to burn
calories and lose weight.
So I set a goal.
And what was the goal ???
The goal was to try in every possible way to explain to
people the importance of food, ie the importance of healthy food and its impact
on their health. After graduation, I continued to try to achieve the goal, аnd together with several
professors, we succeeded in that to some extent. But still, it is not enough.
That is why with this blog I want to reach more people.
I will write
about the impact of food, how to eat better and healthier, of course, there will
be recipes for healthy food, you will learn about BMI, ie in this blog, I will
write about everything related to healthy food.
